Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-8 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Timeframes Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages Pink Whimsy Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Pinkwhimsycreations@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will do our best to make it right.
